I took a break during a two day ski trip last week and sat on the deck of the South Peak Lodge. I painted my view in 20kt gusts! Sunday River Ski Mountain only had several lifts running due to the high winds. After three hours of painting, my fingers were numb and my palette blew across the table once. I had to wedge it under my snow pant covered legs! I had fun in what they call the "Happy Place"!
