I could not believe my eyes when I awoke at Daicey Pond last July to see Katahdin sunrise and the mountain looked like it was on fire!! The brilliant blue of what the Penobscot Nation call "The Greatest Mountain" was riveting! My hope is that the viewer feels the energy surrounding a part of Maine's paradise by my work!
